Occupations Code § 1956.201","heading":"ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS; INJUNCTION.","body":"(a) The department, the attorney general, or the district, county, or city attorney for the county or municipality in which an alleged violation of this chapter occurs may, on receipt of a verified complaint, bring an appropriate administrative or judicial proceeding to enforce this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.\n(b) The attorney general or an attorney representing the state may initiate an action for an injunction to prohibit a person from violating this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1316 (S.B. 1154), Sec. 4, eff.
