Occupations Code § 1957.004","heading":"CIVIL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person who violates Section 1957.003 is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 for each violation.\n(b) The attorney general may bring an action to recover the civil penalty.\n(c) A penalty recovered under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the general revenue fund.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
