Occupations Code § 1958.101","heading":"LICENSE REQUIRED; RULES.","body":"(a) A person may not engage in:\n(1) mold assessment unless the person holds a mold assessment license; or\n(2) mold remediation unless the person holds a mold remediation license.\n(b) The commission shall adopt rules regarding:\n(1) the scope of mold-related work for which a license is required, including the supervision of employees or other persons by license holders; and\n(2) renewal requirements for a license issued under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 205, Sec. 1, eff.
