The commission shall adopt rules that establish minimum requirements for a license, including:\n(1) the type of license;\n(2) the qualifications for the license, including any previous training required under Section 1958.106;\n(3) renewal requirements for the license; and\n(4) liability insurance requirements for the license.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 205, Sec. 1, eff.
