Occupations Code § 2001.107","heading":"TRAINING PROGRAM.","body":"(a) Unless the organization is a member of a unit that designates a unit manager under Section 2001.437, the bingo chairperson for a licensed authorized organization shall complete the training required by commission rule. For a unit operating under Subchapter I-1, the unit manager shall complete the training if the unit designates a unit manager under Section 2001.437.\n(b) A training program approved by the commission must include training related to:\n(1) conducting bingo;\n(2) administering and operating bingo; and\n(3) promoting bingo.\n(c) The commission by rule shall establish:\n(1) the content of the training course;\n(2) information concerning training to be reported to the commission; and\n(3) other training program requirements that the commission determines to be necessary to promote the fair conduct of bingo and compliance with this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
