Occupations Code § 2001.204","heading":"MANUFACTURER'S LICENSE BOND.","body":"(a) An applicant for a manufacturer's license must give the commission a cash bond or a bond in the amount of $10,000 issued by a surety company chartered or authorized to do business in this state.\n(b) The bond must provide for forfeiture to the state on the manufacturer's failure to comply with this chapter or a commission rule or on suspension or revocation of the manufacturer's license.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
