Occupations Code § 2001.214","heading":"LICENSE TERM.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a manufacturer's or distributor's license is effective for one year unless revoked or suspended by the commission.\n(b) A manufacturer or distributor may obtain a license that is effective for two years by paying an amount equal to two times the amount of the annual license fee.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
