Occupations Code § 2001.310","heading":"DISPLAY OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) A licensed authorized organization or licensed commercial lessor shall conspicuously display a license issued under this chapter and a license to lease premises for conducting bingo at the premises at which bingo is conducted at all times during the conduct of bingo.\n(b) Each commercial lessor license shall contain a statement of the name and address of the license holder and the address of the premises.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
