Occupations Code § 2001.410","heading":"PULL-TAB DISPENSER.","body":"(a) A person may not use a pull-tab dispenser:\n(1) to generate or determine the random letters, numbers, or other symbols used in playing bingo;\n(2) to affect the chances of winning at bingo; or\n(3) as a dispenser for the payment of a bingo prize, including coins, paper currency, or a thing of value for the game played.\n(b) The price of a pull-tab ticket sold by a pull-tab dispenser may not exceed $1.\n(c) Not more than five pull-tab dispensers may be operated on one premises.\n(d) A bingo game representation or combination of bingo games must be shown on a ticket dispensed from a pull-tab dispenser.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
