Occupations Code § 2001.4155","heading":"GIFT CERTIFICATES.","body":"(a) Nothing in this chapter prohibits a licensed authorized organization from selling or redeeming a gift certificate that entitles the bearer of the certificate to play a bingo game, including instant bingo.\n(b) A licensed authorized organization that sells or redeems a gift certificate must keep adequate records relating to the gift certificate as provided by commission rule.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1114, Sec. 18, eff.
