Occupations Code § 2001.416","heading":"OTHER GAMES.","body":"(a) A game of chance other than bingo or a raffle conducted under Chapter 2002 may not be conducted or allowed during a bingo occasion.\n(b) A person authorized to conduct a raffle under this section must be a member of a licensed authorized organization as provided by Section 2001.411.\n(c) The commission shall adopt rules for the implementation of this section.\n(d) This section does not prohibit the exhibition and play of an amusement machine that is not a gambling device as defined by Section 47.01, Penal Code.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
