Occupations Code § 2001.434","heading":"CONDUCT OF BINGO.","body":"(a) Each licensed authorized organization that is a member of a unit shall conduct its bingo games separately from the bingo games of the other members of the unit.\n(b) A unit may purchase or lease bingo supplies and equipment in the same manner as a licensed authorized organization.\n(c) A licensed distributor may sell or lease bingo supplies or equipment to a unit in the same manner as the distributor sells or leases bingo supplies and equipment to a licensed authorized organization.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1114, Sec. 19, eff.
