Occupations Code § 2001.459","heading":"EXPENSES PAID FROM BINGO ACCOUNT.","body":"(a) The following items of expense incurred or paid in connection with the conduct of bingo must be paid from an organization's bingo account:\n(1) advertising, including the cost of printing bingo gift certificates;\n(2) security during a bingo occasion;\n(3) the purchase or repair of bingo supplies and equipment;\n(4) prizes, other than authorized cash prizes;\n(5) stated rental expenses;\n(6) bookkeeping, legal, or accounting services;\n(7) fees for callers, cashiers, and ushers; and\n(8) janitorial services.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1132 (S.B. 643), Sec. 17(3), eff.
