Occupations Code § 2001.509","heading":"RECOMPUTATION OF PRIZE FEE.","body":"If the commission is not satisfied with a report of the fee on prizes or the amount of the fee on prizes required to be remitted under this chapter to the state by a person, the commission may compute and determine the amount required to be paid on the basis of:\n(1) the facts contained in the report of the fee on prizes or report of receipts and expenses; or\n(2) any information possessed by the commission or that may come into the possession of the commission, without regard to the period covered by the information.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
