Occupations Code § 2001.553","heading":"UNLICENSED SALES; OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if a person sells or attempts to induce the sale of bingo equipment, supplies, or automated bingo services to a licensed authorized organization and the person is not licensed to do so.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 636, Sec. 42(11), eff.
