Occupations Code § 2001.606","heading":"DECISION BY DIRECTOR.","body":"(a) Based on the findings of fact and conclusions of law and the recommendations of the hearings examiner, the director by order:\n(1) may find that a violation has occurred and may impose an administrative penalty; or\n(2) may find that a violation has not occurred.\n(b) The director shall give notice of the order to the person. The notice must include:\n(1) separate statements of the findings of fact and conclusions of law;\n(2) the amount of any penalty imposed;\n(3) a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order; and\n(4) other information required by law.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
