Occupations Code § 201.055","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The governor shall designate a chiropractic member of the board as the board's president. The president serves in that capacity at the will of the governor.\n(b) The board shall elect one of its members as vice president and one of its members as secretary-treasurer at the first board meeting after the biennial appointment of board members.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 285, Sec. 31(31).\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
