Occupations Code § 201.158","heading":"BOARD COMMITTEES.","body":"(a) The board may appoint committees from its own members.\n(b) A committee appointed from the members of the board shall:\n(1) consider matters referred to the committee relating to the enforcement of this chapter and the rules adopted by the board; and\n(2) make recommendations to the board.\n(c) The board may delegate to a committee of the board an authority granted to the board under Section 201.505(c).\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
