Occupations Code § 201.207","heading":"INSPECTIONS.","body":"(a) The board, during reasonable business hours, may:\n(1) conduct an on-site inspection of a chiropractic facility to investigate a complaint filed with the board; and\n(2) examine and copy records of the chiropractic facility pertinent to the inspection or investigation.\n(b) The board is not required to provide notice before conducting an inspection under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1020 (H.B. 972), Sec. 12, eff.
