Occupations Code § 201.452","heading":"USE OF X-RAY.","body":"(a) The board may require evidence of proper training and safety in the use of analytical and diagnostic x-ray in conformity with:\n(1) Chapter 401, Health and Safety Code; and\n(2) rules of the Texas Radiation Control Agency and the Texas Department of Health.\n(b) This section does not modify or amend:\n(1) Section 201.002 by enlarging the scope of the practice of chiropractic or the acts that a chiropractor is authorized to perform; or\n(2) Chapter 151.\n(c) The board shall implement any federal and state requirements relating to radiologic training of the employees of a chiropractor.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
