Occupations Code § 201.506","heading":"ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE.","body":"(a) The board shall appoint an enforcement committee to:\n(1) oversee and conduct the investigation of complaints filed with the board under this chapter; and\n(2) perform other enforcement duties as directed by the board.\n(b) The enforcement committee consists of three board members. Two members must be chiropractors, and one member must be a representative of the public.\n(c) The attorney general shall provide legal counsel to the enforcement committee concerning enforcement matters, including the investigation and disposition of complaints.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
