Occupations Code § 201.511","heading":"REISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) On application, the board may reissue a license to practice chiropractic to a person whose license has been canceled or suspended.\n(b) An applicant whose license has been canceled or revoked:\n(1) may not apply for reissuance before the first anniversary of the date the license was canceled or revoked; and\n(2) must apply for reissuance in the manner and form required by the board.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
