Occupations Code § 201.559","heading":"DETERMINATION BY COURT.","body":"(a) If a court sustains the finding that a violation occurred after the court reviews the order of the board imposing an administrative penalty, the court may uphold or reduce the amount of the penalty and order the person to pay the full or reduced penalty.\n(b) If the court does not sustain the finding that a violation occurred, the court shall order that an administrative penalty is not owed.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
