Occupations Code § 201.603","heading":"CIVIL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted by the board under this chapter is liable to the state for a civil penalty of $1,000 for each day of violation.\n(b) At the request of the board, the attorney general shall bring an action to recover a civil penalty authorized by this section.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
