Occupations Code § 202.259","heading":"RESIDENCY LICENSE.","body":"(a) The commission by rule may adopt a procedure for the issuance of a residency license to an applicant.\n(b) Rules adopted under this section must establish:\n(1) the criteria for issuance of a residency license; and\n(2) a maximum period during which a residency license is valid.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
