Occupations Code § 202.403","heading":"CLAIM OF PRIVILEGE.","body":"(a) The privilege of confidentiality under this subchapter may be claimed by the patient or by a podiatrist acting on the patient's behalf.\n(b) A podiatrist may claim the privilege of confidentiality only on behalf of the podiatrist's patient.
