Occupations Code § 202.453","heading":"INFORMATION PROVIDED TO AFFECTED PODIATRIST.","body":"A podiatric peer review committee that takes action that could result in censure or suspension, restriction, limitation, or revocation of a license by the commission or executive director or a denial of a podiatrist's membership or privileges in a health care entity shall provide the affected podiatrist a written copy of the committee's recommendation and a copy of the final decision, including a statement of the basis for the decision.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
