Occupations Code § 202.454","heading":"CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided by this subchapter, the proceedings and records of a podiatric peer review committee are confidential and all communications made to a podiatric peer review committee are privileged.\n(b) If a court makes a preliminary finding that the proceedings, records, or communications of a podiatric peer review committee are relevant to an anticompetitive action or to an action brought under federal civil rights laws, the proceedings, records, or communications are not considered to be confidential to the extent the proceedings, records, or communications are determined to be relevant to that action.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
