Occupations Code § 202.504","heading":"REISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) On application, the department may reissue a license to practice podiatry to a person whose license has been revoked or suspended.\n(b) A person whose license has been revoked may not apply for a reissued license before the first anniversary of the date of the revocation.
