Occupations Code § 202.504","heading":"REISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) On application, the department may reissue a license to practice podiatry to a person whose license has been revoked or suspended.\n(b) A person whose license has been revoked may not apply for a reissued license before the first anniversary of the date of the revocation. The person shall apply for the license in the manner and form required by the department.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
