Occupations Code § 202.602","heading":"MONITORING AND INSPECTION OF LICENSE HOLDER.","body":"(a) The department shall develop a system to identify and monitor a podiatrist's compliance with this chapter and any order issued by the commission or executive director under this chapter.\n(b) The department, during reasonable business hours, may enter the business premises of a person regulated by the department under this chapter without notice to:\n(1) investigate a complaint filed with the department; or\n(2) determine compliance with an order of the commission or executive director issued under this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
