Occupations Code § 202.606","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY: AMPUTATION OF FOOT.","body":"(a) A podiatrist commits an offense if the podiatrist amputates a human foot.\n(b) An offense under this section is punishable by:\n(1) a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500;\n(2) confinement in the county jail for not less than 30 days or more than six months; or\n(3) both the fine and confinement.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
