Occupations Code § 2022.003","heading":"FINANCIAL STATEMENT REQUIRED.","body":"(a) Each appointed commission member and the executive director is an \"appointed officer of a major state agency\" for purposes of Chapter 572, Government Code.\n(b) An appointed commission member shall file a detailed financial statement with the secretary of state of the type required by the Texas Department of Banking in the application for a state bank charter. The financial statement is public information under Chapter 552, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
