Occupations Code § 2022.101","heading":"PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The commission shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the commission and the procedures by which complaints are filed with and resolved by the commission.\n(b) The commission shall make the information described by Subsection (a) available to the public and appropriate state agencies.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
