Occupations Code § 2023.051","heading":"RECOGNITION OF ORGANIZATION.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall adopt criteria to recognize an organization to represent members of a segment of the racing industry, including owners, breeders, trainers, kennel operators, or other persons involved in the racing industry, in any interaction between the members of the organization and a racetrack association or the commission.\n(b) The commission may recognize an organization that meets the criteria adopted under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
