Occupations Code § 2023.058","heading":"COST OF CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD CHECK.","body":"(a) The commission shall, in determining the amount of a license fee, set the fee in at least an amount necessary to cover the cost of conducting a criminal history record check on a license applicant.\n(b) The commission shall reimburse the Department of Public Safety for the cost of conducting a criminal history record check under this subtitle.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
