Occupations Code § 2023.109","heading":"APPEAL FROM DECISION OF RACE MEETING OFFICIAL; DECISIONS NOT APPEALABLE.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a final decision of the stewards or judges may be appealed to the commission in the manner provided for a contested case under Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(b) A decision of the stewards or judges on a disqualification for a foul in a race or on a finding of fact regarding the running of a race is final and may not be appealed.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
