Occupations Code § 2025.106","heading":"COMMISSION REVIEW OF ACTIVE RACETRACK LICENSE; FEE.","body":"(a) The commission shall review the ownership and management of an active license issued under this chapter every five years beginning on the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of the license.\n(b) In performing the review, the commission may require the license holder to provide any information that would be required to be provided in connection with an original license application under this chapter.\n(c) The commission shall charge fees for the review in amounts sufficient to implement this section.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
