Occupations Code § 2026.151","heading":"COMMISSION APPROVAL REQUIRED.","body":"(a) All concession, management, and totalisator contracts submitted by an applicant under Section 2025.054 must have the prior approval of the commission.\n(b) The commission shall refuse to approve a concession or management contract if, in the sole discretion of the commission, the background checks conducted under Section 2025.056 reveal anything that might be detrimental to the public interest or the racing industry.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
