Occupations Code § 2027.052","heading":"CONSTRUCTION OF LAWS RELATED TO SIMULCAST RACES.","body":"(a) This subtitle may not be construed to allow wagering in this state on simulcast races at any location other than a racetrack licensed under this subtitle that has been granted live race dates by the commission.\n(b) This subtitle may not be construed to prohibit wagering on:\n(1) a simulcast horse race at a greyhound racetrack in this state; or\n(2) a simulcast greyhound race at a horse racetrack in this state.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
