Occupations Code § 203.502","heading":"INJUNCTIONS.","body":"(a) In this section, \"health authority\" means a physician who administers state and local laws regulating public health under Chapter 121, Health and Safety Code.\n(b) If the executive director or a health authority determines that a person has violated this chapter, the executive director may institute an action described by Section 51.352.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(25), eff.
