Occupations Code § 2033.004","heading":"RACING WITHOUT LICENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) conducts a horse or greyhound race without a racetrack license; and\n(2) knows or reasonably should know that another person is betting on the final or partial outcome of the race.\n(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff.
