Occupations Code § 204.003","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"(a) A person is not required to hold a license issued under this chapter to practice as:\n(1) a technician, assistant, or employee of a physician who performs delegated tasks but does not act as a physician assistant or represent that the person is a physician assistant; or\n(2) any other licensed health care worker acting within the scope of that person's license if the person:\n(A) does not use the title \"physician assistant\" or the initials \"P.A.\"; or\n(B) is not represented or designated as a physician assistant.\n(b) This chapter does not limit the employment arrangement of a physician assistant licensed under this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
