Occupations Code § 204.054","heading":"TERMS; VACANCIES.","body":"(a) Members of the physician assistant board are appointed for staggered six-year terms. The terms of four or five members, as applicable, expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) A member may not serve more than:\n(1) two consecutive full terms; or\n(2) a total of three full terms.\n(c) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the governor shall appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
