Occupations Code § 204.309","heading":"PROTECTION OF PATIENT IDENTITY.","body":"In a disciplinary investigation or proceeding conducted under this chapter, the physician assistant board shall protect the identity of each patient whose medical records are examined and used in a public proceeding unless the patient:\n(1) testifies in the public proceeding; or\n(2) submits a written release in regard to the patient's records or identity.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
