Occupations Code § 204.315","heading":"SURRENDER OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) The physician assistant board may accept the voluntary surrender of a license.\n(b) A surrendered license may not be returned to the license holder unless the physician assistant board determines, under physician assistant board rules, that the former holder of the license is competent to resume practice.\n(c) The physician assistant board by rule shall establish guidelines for determining the competency of a former license holder to return to practice.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 269 (S.B. 419), Sec. 2.30, eff.
