Occupations Code § 204.352","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if, without holding a license issued under this chapter, the person:\n(1) holds the person out as a physician assistant;\n(2) uses any combination or abbreviation of the term \"physician assistant\" to indicate or imply that the person is a physician assistant; or\n(3) acts as a physician assistant.\n(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
