Occupations Code § 205.106","heading":"USE OF TECHNOLOGY.","body":"Subject to the advice and approval of the medical board, the acupuncture board shall implement a policy requiring the acupuncture board to use appropriate technological solutions to improve the acupuncture board's ability to perform its functions.
