Occupations Code § 205.357","heading":"EFFECT OF REHABILITATION ORDER.","body":"(a) A rehabilitation order imposed under Section 205.356 is a nondisciplinary private order. If entered by agreement, the order is an agreed disposition or settlement agreement for purposes of civil litigation and is exempt from the open records law.\n(b) A rehabilitation order imposed under Section 205.356 must contain findings of fact and conclusions of law. The order may impose a revocation, cancellation, suspension, period of probation or restriction, or any other term authorized by this chapter or agreed to by the acupuncture board and the person subject to the order.\n(c) A violation of a rehabilitation order may result in disciplinary action under the provisions of this chapter for contested matters or the terms of the agreed order.\n(d) A violation of a rehabilitation order is grounds for disciplinary action based on:\n(1) unprofessional or dishonorable conduct; or\n(2) any provision of this chapter that applies to the conduct resulting in the violation.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
