Occupations Code § 205.454","heading":"NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PENALTY.","body":"(a) If the acupuncture board by order determines that a violation has occurred and imposes an administrative penalty, the acupuncture board shall notify the affected person of the board's order.\n(b) The notice must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 269 (S.B. 419), Sec. 3.34, eff.
