Occupations Code § 2051.051","heading":"ADMINISTRATION OF CHAPTER.","body":"(a) The secretary of state shall:\n(1) actively enforce this chapter;\n(2) set reasonable and necessary fees for the administration of this chapter; and\n(3) conduct investigations necessary to ensure compliance with this chapter.\n(b) The secretary may adopt rules necessary to administer this chapter.\n(c) Fees shall be set in an amount to cover the costs of administering this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
